Petition: Improving local transport

I’m fighting to get train services through Epsom, Ewell West, Stoneleigh and Worcester Park improved.

Local residents who commute via Epsom, Ewell West, Stoneleigh and Worcester Park stations face severe overcrowding, frequent delays, and train cancellations during peak hours on South Western Railway services.

I know many people choose to live here due to the apparent convenience of commuting to and from their jobs in London.

But the delays, overcrowding and cancellations lead to disruption and stress for passengers.

I want to see services brought back to the same levels as before the pandemic, and the introduction of the new rolling stock that was promised by SWR in 2019.

I will soon be meeting with South Western Railway to discuss how they can improve train services throughout Epsom, Ewell, Ashtead and Leatherhead.
